Learn how to do basic suspension set-up yourself. Learn the basics of sag, rebound, and compression, damping, etc.
This video is good to get more knowledge on suspension setup. It's called "Basis suspension set-up" but its more than just BASIC. They do a good job on explaining fine details.

This is a good video and well worth the $20 that Eric is selling them for. Helps you identify what the bike is doing and how to correct it. You will find yourself watching it over and over again during a practice day so that you can know which way to go on the clickers to make adjustments.
