Ever have luck straightening a sub frame? It's about 3/4" out of wack. I don't see any visible bends or kinks. I was thinking of blocking the frame, hooking up a come-a-long and tugging.

I've done it a couple ways (bent more than my fair share)... take a long bar and pry up using the other part of the subframe for leverage (perpendicular to the bike). Or take a take a sledge hammer (or maul) and BEAT it repeatedly (hit a block)... the latter may be a little harsh but... You can also try to find a long pipe to fit over the end and pry up (heard that works)... All of the options take a 2nd person to hold the bike or a way of securing it...

Your come-a-long idea might work too...

Good luck
