I picked up a new MX game

I picked up MX vs ATV Reflex for my XBox360 last week and so I'm wondering if anybody has been affected same as me.

I’ve been having lucid dreams (full-living-color) about hucking (and making) monster jumps, and railing huge corners, and landing em and having huge hang time. When I do this in my dream the terrain is always green, my speeds always high, jump heights are always whack (like freak’n scary whack) but I alway say to myself "stay-calm-and-all-will-be-ok" and it does. Just like real life.

The first time it happened I awoke and said whoa! and then forced myself back to sleep so I could do more of the same. When I awoke again I thought to myself – cool dream, scary, huge jumps, BIG GRINS but then it happened again last night cept this time I was a gravity freak sliding down snow bound cliffs, mountain slopes, trails-with-lots-a-roots and impossible leaps off of mountains and all this on nothing more than a dust pan measuring 6"x6". A metal plate under my butt and I'm gravity bound. I made all the jumps but one and clocked 195mph downhill but the last jump freaked me out. I ground to a halt on this 180’long x 1’ wide parabolic launch into a valley that musta been 6k deep (no diff than the last jump I took) and just said no - IO won't go. I slid back down the take-off ramp and scooted around the side of it and into the valley bottom and a group of cheering buds. Sad that I didn't do the last jump but glad to be alive and grateful for me cheering buds.

Aaron says this new game is tough to beat but has great graphics. I've played it but think it's easy to beat but that it’s messing with my head. This I know ... at 55 years old I can - FINALLY TOSS A WHIP ON A MX BIKE, EVEN IF IT'S ONLY VIRTUAL - but boy am I freaked out about my hang time.

Wahoo!
