Is anyone out there as disgusted about this as I am. After finding more out about this D bag I am really pissed off. I mean this Douche should not have even been on the streets! Armed robbery, rape of a girl, and beating up a cop, YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! The judicial system is broken, this is a horrid crime that SHOULD have never happened!

Uh Paul that was what 2 or 3 years ago and he has been arrested how may more times since then. And Hell no Huckabee should not have agreed with others that recommended letting him out.

I think we all agree the dude should never have been let back out. It was a huge mistake on a lot of peoples part, including Huckabee.

Paul, you should be happy, this will end huckabee's chances at ever being president.

They shot him dead so we dont have to worry about him wasting space in our prisons or wandering our streets anymore. This is what we should do to all repeat offenders!

Bummer for sure. The girlfriends dad is a stater and at one point two of the officers were staters with him. He's proud of his buddy who fired the shot that hit the guy. very unfortunate situation.

It makes me sick! such a bad thing to happen to hard working good people like that and there familys.

I wish they could of tortured him then hung the rotten bastered up in downtown Seattle to kinda serve notice...

Uhh Ted it was 8 years ago and he made him have to ability to have parole. He didn't release him. At least he has admitted that he shouldn't have but the system seems to have failed here last he was out on bail because it was mothers day and he never saw a judge here. So if you are going to do bad do it on a holiday, you won't have to see a judge.

The system is BROKEN! its broken on so many levels its rediculous. So many people failed when it came to this guy. I mean the guy was not even a good guy in jail, HE WAS VIOLENT IN JAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Earth to morons, maybe you shouldnt let someone out that cant even control his actions when you are supposed to be in "trouble". Arkansa and Washington BOTH failed miserably!

I guess what I meant to say was AT LEAST He was shot dead since he was such a waste of life. As far as the rest goes, I was holding my tongue. You dont want to get me started on our politicians. Huckabee, Governor Gregoire, OBAMA, etc... Our government in general just makes me see red. Then stuff like this happens. grrr
Its kinda like this kid in my town who walked across the street and stabbed the elderly neighbor to death just to steal her car. His parents had taken him to the hospital because he was having psychotic episodes and they turned them away because our governor cut out the mental ward at the local hospital. They gave me him some sedatives and sent him home. The next day he killed the neighbor.
Its all really flawed!!

And this is why I carry a gun every day of my life. To protect my family and all other decent people around me at any given time. Crazy? Maybe?
