I just bought a new pair of White Aplinestars and I wore them once, and cleaned them in my sink with All purpose cleaner and Simple Green.

Cleaned them up put them away.... Pulled them out Friday and there is yellow stains all over the boots, even in some spots redishhh yellow stains almost a pink color.

Anyone ever had that happen before????? and is it fixable?? I'm kinda mad, they're brand new boots and it looks like a dog pissed all over them.....

must have been the combination of all purpose cleaner and simple green, i use simple green by itself with no problem on my boots. Try mixing some baking soda and water into a paste and see if that cleans them.

I have Tech 10s and have had ZERO problems with them. I only use simple green and the pressure washer though. Just out of curiosity, what are you doing washing your boots in the sink????LOL, thats what the hose is for. LOL

My Mom has been out of town on Vacation somewhere for like 4 months. And my parents are divorced so I'm watching her house..

So I've been doing whatever I want, and washing my boots in the sink is what I did..... BAD idea.. haha.

Are you sure a dog didn't piss on them. I have 3 Pugs and who knows what they do to my boot's when they run out into the garage while I am getting my shoes on. Luckily though I have black and Yamaha blue Fox boots so the yellow does not show up IF that is what they do Smile

Osaka, try some oxi clean. It cleans very well. We use it on white boots with great luck. Also works great as a filter cleaner if you use one of the bio oils.

If all else fails break in to your local pimps house and jack his white leather shoe polish, that should do the trick, if your neighborhood pimp has a pitbull, try target for some white kiwi shoe polish.

Bearmore your post made me wonder, is it better to be pissed on or pissed off?

I'm going with pissed on this round. I've spent too much time being pissed off and now that I am getting older I need to TRY and get rid of more stress and being pissed off just adds to it.
