UW sport sports med clinic DR Green 2 hr. surgery. Walking in 3hrs. jogging Saturday Morning. ride sunday......did I take my meds already? | |||

WTF! It took me months dammit! And I used my own tendons....that may be why..I hear Cadaver tendon surgery is a much faster recovery.. | ||||

Its still 4 months Min. I had a patella tendon graft 17yrs ago and its still working. I was joking about the recovery time in the previous post,though I could prop it up on the radiator cover and ride around the block. | ||||

I had hamstring on both of mine...always wondered about the recovery from the patella surgery. It took me 1 year on my left leg and 4 months on my right...my left was a mess though! Good luck on your recovery, you will skimming whoops in no time... | ||||

mine was good at 5 months and i had the patella graft. my knee is still loose though just don't think those things will ever be the same once you wreck it once! | ||||

Fo sho! I have had both knee ACL's and one PCL rebuilt..my knees sook noots! | ||||

Started walking on it (with a brace) saturday. I can do my leg lifts ,quad extentions and hamy sqeeses.now I just need to do it for the nwxt 6 monthes | ||||
