He will never see the inside of an actual prison. With good time he may do 1 to 2 months in a minium security work camp then 6 months in a work release program. If he would have gotten a day under a year he would have done all his time in a county jail. Hopefully he learns cause he would/will never last in a real prison. HAHA!!DUMBASS!!!!!

I am really hoping sponsors don't come back to support him when he is out! He has had way more chances than most in his position, and should learn a LONG lesson here. I don't doubt that people can be rehabilitated afterwards, but he needs to take a very long break from the sport. My kids think he is a dumb azz for all his doings, so I am proud of them for not seeing him as a role model. It is too bad there are a lot out there that do though.

Even though the kid acts like a total dumbass he has to be pretty dam smart to have been able to have put the race team together like he did even if he had alot of help from alot of people. He has shown on one day he can be a giver helping others out then the next day the extreme opposite acting out selfishly as a self centered spoiled punk.. I am not a doctor but it sounds like a severe case of bipolar disorder and he is self medicating himself with something? not a happy young man just miserable and sad to see.. Hopefully this time away in the pen will make him realize he is not all that cool and the in house docs will make him consistently try and stay on some meds to deal with his high and low issues? Hopefully when he gets out he can come back and kick some ass on the track and be more humble about life and enjoy it.. I would like to see that not see him turn out to be a bum for the rest of his life.. Anything is possible look at 377 he came out of a wheel chair and kicked ass again which to me is unbeleivable!!!

Gov Arnold took all the weights out of cali prisons so no weight training there, Arnold took out the TVs too so he cant watch racing either... It wouldnt supprise me if his attorneys appeal and get or keep him out... Does the AMA have the ability to pull his license for being bad for the sports immage? Id still like to see him clean out dungey a few more times. He still is the most interesting guy in the sport. There are too many politicaly correct sponsor thankin robots in our sport nowadays...
