for all of you with a AMA pro license we have started construction of Seattle's SX track. This track is for qualified riders ONLY. If you do not have a AMA pro license and are caught riding it you will be asked to leave and not return, there will be no exceptions.
Thank You

Hey Steve_ "not return" sounds kinda harsh. How about a re-phrase like - "you will be asked to leave"

what he is tryin to say ken is he doesnt want too many trips with the meatwagon out there.so where are you building this steve? is this track in addition to what you already have or are you tearing one of the others down to build it? kind of cool to give the locals a bit of a advantage though

hey Ken if they can't follow the rules they will be asked to leave and not return. that is the simplest way, so if it is to harsh, i guess they should have stayed off something that costs that much to build and to maintain, in addition to that they will be making dangerous lines and ruts in a very technical track, so they will be endangering the riders who deserve to be there. Sharkey it is a totally new area.

Sounds clear enough to me Steve. Won't see me riding it that's fer sure. But I gotta ask.

Is it really a Seattle SX replica, the 2010 one?

I was at Shipmans (Belfair WA) a month or two back watching #222 and #317 making rounds and swore those ramps were, at first glance, 60 degree'rs. Once measured they turned out to be 30's.

Would I ride a track like that - no way! and so I'm wondering, given Toes soil (sandy-dry) how you can build and maintain a Seattle like SX track over near Vantage WA?

it should be within a few feet of the real deal Ken. Howell is coming over when he gets back home for the fine tuning, and as for the soil it is almost identical to what they had there last year. wet sand + compaction sounds just like a road should hold up well with the right people on it.
K.W. you should dust off your red wonder machine and come on over and see what else i've got going on out here.

the track will be open on Monday, since there is no school.

walking it will be fine. now for the bad news 4-wheelers have been not following rules and cutting the tracks leaving berms infront of jump faces, making it dangerous for the bikes. so this is the last weekend they will be allowed to be on the tracks here at toes.it only takes 5 or 6 to mess it up for everyone, so bring 2 wheels to the track and not 4.

I have kicked out 2 wheeled guys too. plus it wasn't just one incident it was a few that really led up to the removal of chariots altogether.
