Everyone should come out for this race!!!!

Lets get this place to where it should be! It has the best location possible, for people from this area. It should be racking in the people, but yet people still find time to go out to Trulsons or Riverdale or where ever it may be.

I'll be there Sunday, if anyone is looking for a little bit of competition in the B class!

The price says $35 for the first class, does that include the gate?

Not to good. I had 2 guys in one class and 3 in another... of course they combined some gates so it gave you the impression that you had maybe 7 or 8 bikes in a class.

Track was good. Back section was open and was good. Didn't care for the $10 entry fee but I got it back for the win. so it made it worth while...

More people should come out. everyone I take out there or talk too enjoys the track and has fun. spread the word...

some of the groupings in classes were a bit strange...the $10 gate fee was a joke, especially since it said nothing about it on the web page. Also to have to pay to ride after the race was a joke...discounted to $15 but still not right if you paid to race.

I thought the same thing about practice after the race... they did change it later where if you raced, practice was only $10 and $15 bucks if you didn't race (for 1hr).

I think they just need a higher turn out and little things like that might stop (one can hope)

They need to lower the price to $25. That is the going rate for races. Also, they need to do a better job of promoting and day picking. Ward Creek was racing today also.

HUH?

Ward Creek - not posted on site.
Washougal - $10 gate $30 entry
OPMC - $10 gate $30 entry
PRO - $10 gate $30 entry
HRMC - $10 gate $35 entry
Woodland - $10 gate $25 entry
Spokane - $10 gate $35 entry
Albany - $10 gate $25 entry
PIR - $8 gate $22 entry

Where are you racing for $25 and no gate fee?

PR is an expensive place to rent, and I bet you will spend more than 10 bucks in gas, to save $10 in entry fees.

Don't kill the messenger, just stating some facts.

good racing on Sunday. Kind of muddy.Adam got docked a lap in first moto trying to aviod hitting another rider that cut into his line in front of him and went off the track. So he got last place. Then another rider cut completely across the infield and pulled out in front of him and others and they tried to give him third place. I said hey that guy sat in the infield so they dropped him to second to last in front of Adam. Second moto he got 2nd. Pretty much knocked him out of the chase.O well guess thats racing.

I'd like to offer my thanks to FantomZ and the crew putting the series together.

The Race For Gas has been Joe's first racing since his broken neck in February and it's a really good fit. It might not be good for the promoters, but we like the small classes and casual feel, we'll save the intense competition for next season. I'll pay the fees without grumbling if it means this track will stay open and keep offering Fall series' (and it's only a 2 hr. drive!).

Just in case you're on here... A huge Thank You! to whoever loaned him the throttle tube!!! He went out and won the class Smile
