This pertains to Montana, but every state should look into trying to get legislative support for a bill like this. In a nut shell, the Bill relieves any owner of property having a sporting event from being held responsible for injury or death.

something like that was happening here within the last couple of years. i believe that government owned parks have been extended the courtesy of a non-suit clause, or something like this, but our elected abusers didnt see the need to extend the same courtesy to private entities. i am pretty darn positive thats how it stands here, now.
