I just got this message from Shelly DeAtley.
"Just wanted to tell you and everyone that we heard today about the passing of David Rose Jr. The family asks that we all keep them in our prayers. Although the last years of David's short life were not so good, I'll always remember #120 as the guy to beat on the track and a really nice guy off the track."

Its a sad time for me. I knew David well.

That is horrible. I wish the family nothing but the best. The passing of a child is the hardest thing a family can go through, I am truly sorry for your loss and hope that you all can pull through.

The Spangler Family has nothing but good memories of David on and off the track, Our prayers go out to him and his family.

I don't know what to say.

The Bailey's will keep you in our prayers. I am so sorry to hear about your loss.

We lost a great kid last week. I watched David grow up through the years. A great kid that always put 110% of effort into his riding and racing. Just a great positive person that was fun to be around. Always had a huge smile on his face.
The last time I taked to him. He called me this last spring on his way home from Horn Rapids. He hadn't rode in many months. He just had to call me and let me know he was back on a bike. I could hear the smile on his face.
David Rose Jr will be deeply missed.

4 great young gentlemen and racers were lost in 2008. Man this hurts. David was like the other 3. Very nice, polite and someone anyone would be proud to know. God bless the Rose family.

David was a great kid. Loved watching him race and grow up. A true tragedy. Dave sr., Candice, and Austin, you are my thoughts. Wishing you every ounce of strength to get through this. God speed David.
