Did anyone know Stephen Pheasant (Benton City, WA)? There is an article in the Tri City Herald today about him. They found him dead in his friends house of an unknown cause. He was 15 years old, and loved to race MX. I would assume he spent a lot of time at Horn Rapids.

Sucks when you here stuff like this. He had his whole life ahead of him at 15 years old.
