Senate Bill 5069 (Regarding recreational liability on public and private lands)

landowners from liability for unintentional injuries incurred during
recreational use. Defines the conditions under which this exemption applies.

Ken Jacobsen is one of those guys with all kinds of bills that have his name on it. He is also responsible for SB 5586 in commitee right now that would require all of us to have a "safety training certificate" and looks as if younger riders cant get one...looks tome like one more attempt to outlaw us.
