Heard that Mike Horban from Oregon got the call from Hart and Huntington to fill in for Josh Hill starting this wknd. He's been close to making mains all year. Hope he does well with his new team, he deserves it!

Apparently the H&H team has a curse tho... Horban qualified 31st for the night program but only completed 4 laps in the second practice and wasn't in either of the heat races...

He posted on FB that he bonked his head. His results are getting better every weekend.

He got the call the night before at 10pm. that he was going to ride. He wore Josh's clothes and all. they changed nothing on the bike so his qualifying was also his time to figure the bike out. The second practice he was just starting to make some charges and washed the front end out over a jump. The Asterisk medical would not let him go back out so he was done.:-( He still qualified only doing 4 laps (one of was the crash) and he would have done a lot better given his best laps are always at the end of his practice. He also said the bike was much faster/better than his (all that money!) They did a talk about and with him on the pulpmx show with H&H's manager. You can get the link by going to Mikes site (mikehorban.com). Bum deal though, and it looks as if they won't clear him until Seattle! I guess they are getting real strict now with all the injuries.
