The head on the the new WR250 is a four valve head and can get 33hp. pretty easy.
I just started to get used to my Kawi 450 I think I see red Mad

I'm not saying the 5 valves help the performance at all, they just increase the lifespan of the valve train.

WOw......Thats funny that you guys think the header is going to get trashed that quick just b/c it routes around the front of the frame. I know it's been an ice age or so, but you remember those bikes.....remember you had to mix oil in the gas....what were those again??? Oh yeah two strokes and they had headers made of mild steel not stainless. They were also 10X fatter and I can't remember ever smashing a pipe on any of my bikes. A ding here and there yes, but never smashed. I've assembled two of these now and looked them over and over. I don't think there will be a problem unless you go to a ti header. I'd stick to a stainless header and get a ti mid pipe and muffler, if your gonna go to an after market system.
